Coaching Session Data

If you purchase a 1:1 coaching engagement, audio recordings and notes from your sessions are stored securely and made available to you upon request, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Session content is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service and process your orders.
To manage your Account: To manage your registration as a user of the Service.
For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Service.
To contact you: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as marketing emails, newsletters, and updates regarding products or services.

Payment Processing (Stripe): We use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store or collect your full payment card details on our servers. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Marketing and Sales (GoHighLevel / GHL): We use GHL as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing platform to manage contacts, process sales, and send marketing communications.
Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to track and report website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.

Please note that these third-party providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use your information.

Retention and Security of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
